Billie May is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Professional member of the Aging Life Care Association™️.  She has a Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University and is board certified as an Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse.

Debbie Kitchen is a Registered Nurse (RN) and an Associate member of the Aging Life Care Association™️.  She began her career as a medical-surgical and critical care nurse.  She received a Masters of Science in Nursing with a gerontology focus. Debbie has worked as a clinical nurse specialist, gerontology, within a hospital setting.

Billie has had a diverse career with over 40 years of clinical nursing experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing on the care of the elderly. 

Billie's passion for helping older adults began while navigating the complicated maze of the healthcare system for her own aging family members.  She is committed to help families making complex life decisions achieve the best care possible for their loved ones.  Billie is a Professional member of the Aging Life Care Association™️.

She is a court approved Family Mediator and has completed 40 hours of course work to specialize in Elder Mediation. She also has a Masters Degree in Pastoral Studies from Lexington Theological Seminary and a Master of Arts in Bioethics from the University of Louisville. She has completed the training necessary to be a guardian for elderly persons in the State of Kentucky and has served as her mom’s guardian and conservator for the last five years. She is an Associate member of the Aging Life Care Association™️. Tammy’s passion is aging adults and she is committed to using the skills she has acquired to help ensure that they are respected and allowed to set their own path in life, staying true to what is important to them and to what gives them joy.

 Debbie has 40 plus years experience as an RN.  She is a Board Certified Gerontological Clinical Nurse Specialist. Debbie understands the complexities of the healthcare system and the impact of these complexities for the elderly and their families.  She has a great desire to work with the older adult and families to help maintain their quality of life. 

Tamela R. Jennewein, prior to joining Aging Life Care™️ Solutions LLC,  most recently was the Ethics Coordinator and Palliative Care Chaplain at a hospital in Lexington, Ky.  Tammy has a JD degree from the University of Kentucky and has practiced law in the past focused on elder issues.
